Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Krishna Public School, we aim to maintain transparency and fairness in our payment, refund, and cancellation processes. This policy outlines the terms under which you may request a refund or cancellation of services or orders placed through krishnapublicschools.co.in.

1. Admissions & Fee Payments

  • Non-Refundable Fees: Admission fees, registration fees, and any administrative charges paid are non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • Tuition Fees: Tuition or academic fees are refundable only if the cancellation request is made before the academic session begins, and subject to approval by school authorities.

  • Refund Processing Time: If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original mode of payment.

2. Merchandise / School Store Purchases

  • If you've ordered items like uniforms, books, or other school merchandise:

    • Cancellation Before Shipping: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement, provided the item hasn’t been dispatched.

    • Refund After Cancellation: If canceled in time, a full refund will be issued within 7–10 business days.

    • Return & Refund After Delivery: Items may be returned within 7 days of receipt only if they are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a valid reason (e.g., wrong item, damaged on delivery).

    • Non-Returnable Items: Customized items, used books, or opened stationery are non-returnable.

3. Event Registrations or Paid Activities

  • For events, workshops, or extra-curricular activities organized by the school:

    • Cancellation by User: If you wish to cancel your registration, a full refund may be offered only if the request is made at least 72 hours before the event date.

    • Cancellation by School: If the event is canceled by the school, the full amount will be refunded automatically.
